1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your engagement of Wild Muse Media ("Wild Muse", "we", "us") - ABN 37 689 609 756, Perth, Western Australia. Founders: Gem Ursino & Deanna Caccamo. By booking, paying a deposit, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & payments

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Content bookings (Wild Creations), Wild Audits and Wild Perspectives are paid in full at booking.
• Weddings & Special Moments: a non-refundable deposit secures your date, with the balance due no later than 7 days prior to the day. Until the deposit is paid, your date is softly held but not locked in.
• Wild Creations | The Subscription: available monthly or bi-monthly (billed once every two months). Pricing per current published rates.
• A card processing fee may be added at checkout and is payable by the client.

3. Filming & scheduling

• Filming has a 2-hour minimum for one-off Wild Creations sessions. Additional hours are charged per current pricing (+$55/hour; doubled for two creators).
• Travel: bookings more than 20km outside Perth CBD incur a flat travel fee of $100. Regional or down south by quote.
• Your date is confirmed by us before it is locked in. Requested dates are subject to availability.

4. Cancellations & rescheduling (shoots)

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled shoot incur a fee of 50% of the booking.
• Rescheduling is permitted once, with at least 72 hours notice, subject to availability.
• Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your date and our time.

5. Wild Creations | The Subscription

Where creativity meets consistency, without lifting a finger.

What's included:

• 2 hours minimum of filming per cycle
• Your choice of 5, 8 or 10 video edits per cycle
• All raw content captured during the session
• Available monthly, or bi-monthly (billed once every two months)
• 1x Monthly Audit/Focus Form to tailor each session
• Add-ons: additional filming hours, additional filming days, more edits, and a Sub Brainstorm Call (30 minutes, $150) to plan the coming cycle's content together

Please note: subscriptions do not include content strategy. You bring the content ideas and the plan for what each piece is for; we bring the creative direction, shoot it and edit it. If you would like strategy, add a Wild Perspective or a Sub Brainstorm Call. We also do not provide captions, or in some cases audio backing.

The minimum of 2 hours filming and 5 edits applies per cycle, not per month. For bi-monthly subscribers a cycle is two months.

Subscription terms:

• Minimum term: 12 weeks. Cancelling before the 12 weeks ends means you are responsible for 100% of the remaining balance for the term.
• Cancellation notice: 4 weeks. Any payments due within the notice period must be settled in full.
• Non-refundable - refunds only in exceptional cases, in writing, at Wild Muse's sole discretion.

Missed filming sessions:

• You are allocated 1 filming session per cycle. Rescheduling must be arranged via email as soon as possible.
• If a session isn't arranged within the cycle, that session is forfeited, with edits provided from archive footage from previous cycles.
• It is your responsibility to: book your session & confirm the location in advance; complete and return your Monthly Focus Form in advance; and be prepared with the cycle's content focus.

5A. The Wedding Edit

Two fixed packages plus an add-on. Every wedding runs enquiry, quote then invoice.

EXPRESS - $990

For elopements and courthouse ceremonies.

• 4 hours of coverage
• Up to 2 locations
• 1x highlight reel (60-90 seconds)
• 2x high quality edits (30-60 seconds)
• All raw footage provided
• 2 creators capturing content
• A 1:1 planning Zoom call
• Final edits within 14 days

FOUNDATIONS - $1,990

• 8 hours of coverage
• Up to 2 locations
• 1x highlight reel (60-90 seconds)
• 4x high quality edits (30-60 seconds)
• All raw footage provided
• 2 creators capturing content
• A 1:1 planning Zoom call
• Final edits within 14 days

ADD ON - HIS & HERS GET READY - $695

Capture the moments getting ready, the first look with your parents and bridal party, fun trend reels and the day from the very beginning. Added on top of a selected package.

• 2 hours, one creator at each location
• 2 additional reels (trends or regular edits)

Custom and trends packages are available on a proposal basis.

Wedding terms:

• Securing the date: Your date is secured with a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your day. Until the deposit is paid, your date is softly held but not locked in.
• Travel & locations: Travel beyond our usual footprint is quoted and confirmed ahead of time. Additional locations can be explored - we'll tailor this with you.
• Extending the moment: Additional coverage on the day is $160 per hour, inclusive of both creators. Additional edits can be curated on request.
• Rescheduling & cancellations: We'll always do our best to accommodate rescheduling, subject to availability. Cancellations result in forfeiture of payments made.
• Creative approach: Each piece is crafted through the Wild Muse lens - natural, emotive, refined. Final edits remain at our creative discretion to protect the integrity of our style; any special requests or stylistic expectations must be discussed prior. Raw footage is delivered as captured - untouched and real.
• Logistics on the day: Please share a run sheet/timeline in advance, and ensure any venue or guest permissions are arranged.
• Sharing your day: Unless requested otherwise prior to your event, we may share moments from your day across our platforms. All delivered content is yours for personal use.
• The unexpected: In rare circumstances beyond our control (weather, illness, disruptions), we'll communicate openly and do everything possible to find a solution.

5B. Special Moments

For life's milestones - engagements, birthdays, celebrations and the moments in between.

• THE GLIMPSE - $499 - 1.5 hours, 3 edits
• THE MOMENT - $585 - 2.5 hours, 3 edits
• THE STORY - $695 - 4 hours, 3 edits

All tiers include: 1 location, all raw footage provided, 1 creator capturing content, a 1:1 planning Zoom call, and final edits within 14 days. Custom packages are available on a proposal basis for anything outside this scope.

5C. Campaigns

From $1,500, priced by proposal.

A Wild Creation and a Wild Perspective combined, at a larger scale. Every campaign begins with a planning and strategy call where we map out the vibe, the edits and the styling. Deliverables start at a minimum of 5 edits. Can include up to 2 locations, an external photographer and carousel slides.

Each campaign is quoted by proposal and confirmed in writing before work begins. The proposal sets out scope, deliverables and timeline for that campaign, and takes precedence over the general deliverable terms here where they differ.

Applicable custom terms: Cancellations & Rescheduling, Changes to Brief / Revision Policy, Confidentiality, Consent & Risk, Content Storage, Ownership & Usage Rights, Communication.

5D. Wild Society

$150 per month.

A membership community for business owners learning to create their own content.

• Billed monthly
• Cancel any time, effective at the end of your current monthly cycle
• No refunds for partial months
• Access continues until the end of the paid cycle
• Community content and resources remain Wild Muse intellectual property and must not be redistributed, resold or shared outside the community

6. Edits, revisions & changes to brief

• Edits are delivered per the agreed schedule. A revision (a small update to an existing asset) is included.
• A change of brief - where content is no longer relevant and cannot be used based on your revised direction, requiring entirely new content - incurs an administration fee of $250 per instance. We encourage thorough, final briefs before production to avoid this.

7. Content storage & delivery

• Final content is delivered via a Google Drive link.
• Raw files are stored for 30 days post-delivery, then archived. It is your responsibility to download and save your content within 30 days. After this period, Wild Muse is not responsible for maintaining an archive unless a content storage add-on is purchased.
• Raw footage is delivered within 48 hours.

8. Ownership & usage rights

• All raw and edited content remains the intellectual property of Wild Muse until final payment is received in full.
• Upon payment, you are granted full usage rights for social media, digital marketing and promotional purposes.
• Content may not be resold, licensed or transferred to third parties without written consent.
• Wild Muse reserves the right to use captured and edited content (including behind-the-scenes) in our portfolio, website and social media. If you prefer content not be shared, this must be requested in writing prior to the shoot.
• Wild Muse retains ownership of all frameworks, templates, strategies and processes; redistribution or resale of Wild Muse materials is prohibited.

9. Consent & risk

• Wild Muse is not liable for interruptions, delays or missed content caused by circumstances outside our control (technical issues, restricted access, client delays, environmental conditions).
• Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate consents from staff, customers or third parties who may appear in footage.
• Wild Muse provides creative strategy and execution but does not guarantee specific results (engagement, revenue, follower growth).
• You release Wild Muse from liability for any loss, damage or injury during services, and accept responsibility for your own safety.

10. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential information disclosed during the engagement private, except as mutually agreed in writing.
• All important/confidential details should be disclosed to the Wild Muse team prior to engagement.
• Wild Muse will exercise discretion to ensure no sensitive information is recorded or published without prior approval.

11. Communication

• Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
• Email is our preferred method for formal communication (bookings, rescheduling, session particulars).
• Content approvals/amendments for subscription clients are handled via our scheduling app only.
• Text/phone calls are for last-minute emergencies only.
• Instagram DMs are for informal communication and sharing inspo only.

12. Dispute resolution & governing law

• Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

14. Wild Audit (service terms)

• Delivered within 10 business days of purchase, once all required info is received.
• Based on public and/or client-supplied information; represents Wild Muse's professional opinion.
• No revisions, amendments or follow-up reviews unless agreed in writing.
• Client is solely responsible for implementation. Non-refundable once the audit has commenced.

15. Wild Perspectives (session terms)

• Advisory strategy session; implementation is the client's responsibility.
• Client attends the Zoom at the agreed time. Missed sessions or cancellations within 48 hours may be forfeited and are non-refundable.
• Materials are for the client's internal business use only. No guaranteed outcomes.
